I received a notice that I was pre-approved for a $700 credit card. I submitted my application and soon received a card in the mail. I bought a few items and made a few payments with no issues. One month I was late so I doubled the next one. Instead of communicating any problems to me, they froze the account lands of america . To remedy this and as an act of good faith, I paid almost $800 to the account online. Did they send me a thank-you note, or even a receipt?
